Directions: Shake before use. Apply a tiny quantity over the skin, (a pea size) extending it lightly over the area you wish to protect. Let it dry for just a few seconds and the product creates a non-slip layer. To remove, wash with soap and warm water. 

Frequency of use: You can apply as much as you like as often as you need. Both before and during your sport or activity.
